The technology allows both Hot and Cold foil labels to be embossed; further enhancing the finished product.
Invented by Trinity Graphic, the concept of Rotary Photopolymer Embossing is the application of two hard durometer male and female Photopolymer plates applied to simply engineered dieblanks in a Rotary die station on virtually any web fed press. This would include Flexo, Gravure, Letterpress and Offset equipment.

This alternative to the steel engraved embossing dies is considerably less expensive, and can be manufactured in 24 hours. Certain tag, ticket and carton materials can also be embossed. An evaluation can be made once we have received a sample of the stock.
We have the opportunity to provide embossed proofs prior to expensive press runs, demonstrating to clients the finished product in a variation of embossed styles. We also offer standard embossing patterns to help customers select the right embossing pattern for their labels.
