At Trinity Graphic, we know the importance of on time delivery. Our platemaking department is very proud of its abilities and has gained a highly respected position, setting standards for dot holding ability and craftsmanship . In addition, their quick response times allow Trinity Graphic to ship replacement plates within a few hours, significantly reducing expensive press downtime.

Trinity has numerous plate washout systems and employs the largest wash out units available, enabling us to produce large format plates with a maximum width of 47" ranging in thickness from 0.45" to 0.25". We also employ the solvent free thermal processed Fast plates. Our plates suit the various Flexo printing equipment used in the industry.

In addition, we have in-house solvent reclamation units, enabling us to wash out faster with higher quality due to less solvent absorption into the material.
